The company is based in Gauteng province of South Africa and has originated from humble beginnings as a small service provider in municipal engineering, project management and capacity enhancement. The expertise is provided by individuals who have been in the corporate sector for more than twenty-five (25) years. The company aims to grow to provide world class professional services in project finance, water, roads and municipal engineering, project management and capacity enhancement. PR also offers training, institutional support, capacity building to local authorities and communities from previously disadvantaged backgrounds through skills development and enterprise development initiatives.

Our team is a blend of the best from private and public sectors, engineering and financial professionals, academia, and technologists with extensive experience dedicated to producing innovative consultancy solutions as well as local & international engineering best practice designs. The directors have a wide range of advisory experience from the grassroots community levels to the top governmental and private fund sourcing initiatives, and budget expenditure monitoring on multi-discipline projects.
